Ongoing Support Services Are Available In 2 Packages
Support Package One:
Hourly Rate: $45.00 per hour/ 40 hours per month.
– Staff Training Services: front desk training, overall team training, billing and insurance training, practice management software usage, dental assistant training
– Practice Manager Services: policy management, vendor management, budget management, human resources management, addressing problem claims, monthly practice assessment
**Additional hours can be purchased at the doctor’s discretion. Services are month to month.
**Discounts are available for 6 and 12 month agreements.
Support Package two:
Monthly Rate: 3% of monthly collections
– Billing all insurance claims
– Credentialing (as needed)
– Setting up electronic accounts with payers
– Writing and submitting appeals to denied claims if needed
– Correcting and resubmitting problematic insurance claims.
– Billing patient accounts
– Collections services: 2 collection letters and 2 collection calls
– Staff Training Services: front desk training, practice management software usage, dental assistant training, and overall team training
– Practice Manager Services: policy management, vendor management, budget management, human resources management, monthly practice assessment. (Up to 40 hours per month)
Payment for ongoing services will be will be due on the 15th of each month.
The billing period ends on the 5th of each month and a new billing period begins on the 6th. Invoices will be send electronically by e-mail.
